Dayton Urban BBQ smokes meat the old-school Pit Master way; patiently, low and slow over direct-heat, generated by a proprietary blend of hand picked hardwoods. Our locally sourced meats, signature spices, wood-blend and our custom built smoker, combine to give our BBQ it’s signature flavor.
